The Self-Employed Employment Pass offers a pathway for individuals without family ties or a job offer in Singapore to relocate and establish residency. Through this route, we assist applicants in incorporating a company in Singapore and applying for the Employment Pass under their own business. Each case is carefully evaluated, and we provide tailored guidance on the required paid-up capital and minimum salary to maximise the chances of a successful application.
